Applications
If you choose not to register on-line, and want to live in the 19th century, you can print out the application and fill it out by hand. We think that's a waste of paper and time, but we do offer it as an option.
Do not mail the application! Bring it with you to your first tournament.

If you mail it, your registration may be delayed, and you will not be able to play without paying onsite.

CBVA Age Group Definitions for Summer 2008
CBVA has decided to make our junior age division rules the same as the USA Volleyball age rules.  From now on, all CBVA junior tournaments will be organized by the player’s age rather than the player’s grade in school.

The old system had tournament divisions for players in 6th grade and under, 8th grade & under, 10th grade & under, and 12th grade & under.

18 and Under Division:
• Players who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1990 (or players who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1989, and were high school students some part of the current academic year)

16 and Under Division:
• Players who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1992

14 and Under Division:
• Players who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1994

12 and Under Division:
• Players who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1996
