Having trouble registering?
We have processed hundreds of registrations. Nearly all go through without a hitch.
If you are experiencing problems, here are some possible solutions.
- Try from home: If you are at work, the IT department may
have locked down your browser for security reasons. You might try from your home
computer. None of what we do is a security risk, however.
- Change browser: The site works best with IE on the PC,
and Safari on the Mac. Firefox also works well.
- Turn off Pop-up blockers: We have seen rare instances where
pop-up blockers cause a problem. Try turning yours off temporarily.
- Check your entries: We see people who repeatedly put in
an incorrect value for the credit card number, code or other information, and can't
figure out why it doesn't go through. It's easy to make a mistake, so double-check.
